The City of Austin is seeking to procure cellular trail camera systems and related services to support land and wildlife management, as well as security monitoring of city-owned properties. - Government Buyer: - City of Austin, including the Austin Water Wildland Conservation Division - OEMs and Vendors: - Browning (highlighted as the preferred OEM for cameras, security boxes, and solar chargers) - Cellular data service providers (Verizon, AT&T) for connectivity - Buyer-approved equals may be considered for all hardware - Products/Services Requested: - 30 Browning Defender Pro Scout AI Cellular Trail Cameras (or approved equals) - Features: 4G LTE connectivity, AI photo filtration, GPS tracking, remote management, extended battery life - 30 Security Boxes compatible with the cameras - 10 Solar Power Panel Chargers compatible with the cameras - Manufacturer-required cellular data subscriptions for all 30 cameras (unlimited data plan, 12 months) - SIM cards pre-installed, activation and support for image transmission, remote viewing, and management - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All-inclusive pricing and use of a pricing submittal sheet - Delivery must be FOB destination, prepaid and allowed - Single point of contact with full decision-making authority required for contract services - Equipment must support remote monitoring, security, and resource protection in outdoor environments - The City may award by line item or category, not necessarily as a single contract

This solicitation is for the procurement of 30 Browning Defender Pro Scout AI Cellular Trail Cameras, along with Trail Camera Security Boxes, Solar Power Panel Chargers, and an unlimited data plan for the 30 cameras. These items are required for land management plans, wildlife management activities, and to deter trespassing. The solicitation is an Invitation for Quote (IFQ) issued by the City of Austin. The contract will be awarded based on the lowest responsive and responsible offer meeting the minimum qualifications.
