Description

The City of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma is seeking proposals from qualified professional consulting firms or teams with expertise in municipal land use regulation, particularly for large-scale, utility-intensive uses such as data centers. The selected consultant will support the City's Data Center Study Committee in developing permanent zoning standards and related regulatory amendments in response to Ordinance No. 3929, which established a temporary moratorium on new data center development applications through December 31, 2026.
