The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Rock Island is seeking small business offers for seed and fertilizer mixing and spreading services at the McAlester Army Ammunition Plant in Oklahoma. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army Contracting Command, Rock Island - Department of the Army, McAlester Army Ammunition Plant - Products Requested: - Annual ryegrass seed (approx. 31,900 lbs for food plots) - Passerel ryegrass seed (approx. 87,500 lbs for fire guard) - 19-19-19 fertilizer (approx. 27,500 lbs for food plots) - 13-13-13 fertilizer (approx. 75,000 lbs for fire guard) - Services Requested: - Mixing, delivery, and spreading of seed and fertilizer for: - 32 food plots totaling 110 acres (annual ryegrass and 19-19-19 fertilizer) - 50-mile fire guard covering 500 acres (Passerel ryegrass and 13-13-13 fertilizer) - Coordination with the Natural Resources Office - Delivery and spreading required within 1-2 days notice after plot preparation, weather permitting - Unique Requirements: - Contractors must provide all materials, equipment, and labor - Short-notice delivery and application - All delivery and spreading fees included - Firm fixed price arrangement - No specific OEMs or brands are named; salient characteristics must be met and submitted with quotes.

McAlester Army Ammunition Plant has issued a Simplified Acquisition under SAT request. For Rye grass, Fertilizer, and Planting, (See posted solicitation documents for additional requirements.) FOB Destination - McAlester Army Ammunition Plant, McAlester, OK. Closing on 08/12/2026 at 12:00 pm Central day light savings time. Salient Characteristics  MUST BE MET and submitted with Detail and MUST BE SUBMITTED in full with quote to be considered. All contractors who provide goods/services to the DOD must have a current active registration at System for Award Management (SAM) - https://www.sam.gov Quotes are to be sent on SIGNED AND FILLED IN SOLICITATION, with any needed certification or specifications verified to regina.l.gibson7.civ@army.mil. Questions or any needed additional information must be submitted no later than 72 hours prior to solicitation close date/time and should be e­mailed directly to regina.l.gibson7.civ@army.mil.  DO NOT FAX.
