Description

Sealed bids are being solicited for Toxicology Laboratory Services by Westmoreland County. Bids must be submitted to the Office of the Westmoreland County Controller by 2:00 P.M. on September 1, 2026, and will be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:15 P.M. on the same day. The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids. Bidders must follow all instructions provided in the bid specifications and submit an original and two copies of the complete bid in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the bidder's name, address, and the designation BID – TOXICOLOGY LABORATORY SERVICES.
