Description

The City of Fredericksburg, Virginia is seeking a qualified real estate appraisal firm to perform the General Property Re-assessment of all real estate located within the City in accordance with the Statement of Needs. This Request for Proposal (RFP) aims to solicit sealed proposals and establish a contract through competitive negotiations for these appraisal services. The contract period is from award through December 31, 2028. The reassessment will cover all real estate in the city for the tax year beginning July 1, 2026, including new construction prior to June 30, 2028.
