Description

This contract involves furnishing all labor, materials, travel time, equipment, and other necessary work to provide complete repair, monitoring, maintenance, inspection, and testing of fire detection devices, equipment, and systems at agency facilities throughout New York City's five boroughs. All work and materials must comply with applicable rules and regulations including those from the New York City Department of Buildings, Fire Department, and National Fire Protection Association Code 72. The contract term is five years, starting October 1, 2026, and ending September 30, 2031.
