Description

The City of Calgary is seeking a qualified consulting firm to provide professional services for impartial Respectful Workplace investigations, Workplace Restorations, and Appropriate Dispute Resolution services. These services will address sensitive workplace issues such as harassment, bullying, disrespectful behaviour, discrimination, microaggressions, and behaviours against marginalized groups. The professional services must include restorative and trauma-informed practices in all investigative and restorative interventions. The contract delivery period is from November 1, 2026, to October 31, 2033.
