Orange County Solicits Bids for JLG X500AJ Electric Compact Crawler or Equivalent

• Orange County Department of General Services is seeking bids for the supply and delivery of one (1) new, unused JLG X500AJ (Pkg 2 – Electric) Compact Crawler or an approved equivalent for the Department of Parks and Recreation.
• JLG is the specified Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), but equivalent products from other manufacturers are permitted if they meet all detailed specifications.
• Equipment requirements include:
  • Electric compact crawler lift with platform height, outreach, capacity, swing, rotation, and gradeability as specified
  • Power system: Honda iGX390 engine, 48V lithium-ion battery, AC motor
  • Non-marking tracks, advanced hydraulic system, and precise dimensions
  • Standard features: on-board diagnostics, synthetic biodegradable hydraulic fluid, quick disconnect platform, SkyGuard Skyline™, and more
  • Accessories/options: black deep-tread tracks, single-person platform
• The equipment must come with a standard manufacturer warranty of one year, with major structural components covered for five years.
• Preference will be given to vendors with equipment in stock and ready for immediate delivery.
• Bidders must provide detailed documentation demonstrating compliance with all requirements.

Description

The County of Orange is seeking qualified vendors to provide one new, unused JLG X500AJ (Pkg 2 – Electric) Compact Crawler or an approved equal. The equipment must be delivered to the Orange County Department of Parks and Recreation.
