GPA Environmental Group Inc. is seeking Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE), and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB) subcontractors and suppliers for a façade restoration and asbestos abatement project at Baruch College’s Lawrence & Eris Field Building. The scope includes selective demolition, concrete restoration, masonry restoration and cleaning, terra cotta and stone restoration, structural steel repairs, waterproofing, flashing, joint sealants, glazing, plastering, coatings, and temporary protection and restoration work. This is a prevailing-wage project with no Project Labor Agreement required, welcoming both union and open-shop subcontractors.
