The Georgia World Congress Center Authority (GWCCA) is seeking an independent firm to provide Commissioning Authority (CxA) services for the GESPC II Project at its Atlanta campus. - Buyer: Georgia World Congress Center Authority (GWCCA) - Scope of work: - Independent third-party commissioning services for Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs) and Facility Improvement Measures (FIMs) - Full lifecycle commissioning, including Measurement & Verification (M&V) coordination - Commissioning of complex infrastructure, energy systems, central plant systems, Building Automation Systems (BAS), controls integration, and operational facility projects - Work to be performed in active and occupied facilities - Notable requirements: - Demonstrated expertise in commissioning within occupied environments - Experience with energy performance and facility improvement projects - Ability to independently validate system performance - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Strict communication restrictions apply during the solicitation period

The Georgia World Congress Center Authority is seeking responses from firms specializing in GESPC Commissioning Services.
