The Hurricane Valley Fire Special Service District is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified and licensed General Contractors for the construction of a new approximately 30,000-square-foot fire station and administrative headquarters near Sand Hollow State Park in Hurricane, Utah. The project includes apparatus bays, administrative offices, living quarters, training rooms, fitness facilities, emergency power systems, site improvements, parking, utility infrastructure, and landscaping. The estimated construction value is approximately $1415.5 million, with construction anticipated to begin in fall 2026. The selected contractor will provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and coordination necessary for successful project completion, including construction management, scheduling, cost control, quality control, safety management, and warranty services.
