This Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) is issued by Shared Services Canada to qualify respondents for the Government of Canada Network Services (GCNS) Stream 5 Leased Dark Fibre (LDF). Qualified respondents will be eligible to participate in any refresh of the GCNS Stream 5 LDF Request for Supply Arrangement (RFSA).
