(Eastlink) - Zayo Canada Inc. - Supplier Qualification Requirements: - Demonstrated experience delivering managed optical network services for at least 24-36 months to multiple clients and locations within the past 5 years - Compliance with accessibility, green procurement, Indigenous participation, and security requirements - No specific OEMs or hardware products are being procured at this stage; the focus is on qualifying service providers for future opportunities - The process is governed by multiple trade agreements (e.g., CFTA, CETA) - Qualified suppliers from a previous ITQ do not need to reapply

Description

This Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) is issued to qualify respondents for the Government of Canada Network Services (GCNS) Stream 4 Optical Network Services (ONS). Qualified Respondents can participate in any refresh of the GCNS Stream 4 ONS Request for Supply Arrangement (RFSA) in accordance with the terms and conditions of this ITQ. Certain suppliers from a previous ITQ are already qualified and not required to participate in this ITQ. The procurement is conducted by Shared Services Canada and involves multiple trade agreements.
