Description
This Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) is issued to qualify respondents for the Government of Canada Network Services (GCNS) Stream 4 Optical Network Services (ONS). Qualified Respondents can participate in any refresh of the GCNS Stream 4 ONS Request for Supply Arrangement (RFSA) in accordance with the terms and conditions of this ITQ. Certain suppliers from a previous ITQ are already qualified and not required to participate in this ITQ. The procurement is conducted by Shared Services Canada and involves multiple trade agreements.
