Description
Carson City is requesting qualifications from experienced landscape architectural and engineering design firms with park renovation experience to perform design services for the construction of new additions and renovations, including demolition, to existing facilities at Carson City's Mills Park. The project is federally funded and includes civil engineering, landscape architecture, splash pad design, turf reduction, irrigation modifications, electrical engineering, and construction management services. The project will be developed and constructed under the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) delivery method. The scope includes design and construction management for various park improvements such as restroom/snack bar, parking expansion, memorial expansion, skate park expansion, dog parks, fitness loop, playground, splash park, and other amenities.
