The solicitation aims to establish Qualified Consulting Firm lists across multiple service categories including architectural design, construction management, environmental services, and more. SOQs must be submitted online via the Nevada Government Electronic Marketplace by September 1, 2026, and will be evaluated by City Review & Selection Committees. Inclusion on a Qualified Consulting Firm list does not guarantee any future contract, and contracts will be used only on local or state funded projects.
