Description

The Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) within the U.S. Department of State (DoS), has a need for Event Data Recorders, for its overseas facilities.

DoS plans to award one Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) for one Base Year and one Six Month Option Period. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The IDIQ will be made to the responsive Offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and offers the Best Value to the Government, whereas technical considerations are more important than cost. 

The Request for Solicitation and its attached documents will be posted under Solicitation Number, 19AQMM26R0390. No paper copies will be mailed. Proposal submissions (electronically) will be due no later than Noon, EST on September 9, 2026. Questions (Q&A) period opens with this posting of the Solicitation. Questions should be received (electronically) no later than Noon, EST on August 18, 2026.  Responses shall be sent to huntt@state.gov, with the Solicitation Number (19AQMM26R0390) in the Subject Line.  Responses to all submitted questions will be posted as an Amendment in SAM.Gov.
