COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATIONTHERE HAS NOT BEEN A CONTRACT IN PLACE FOR LANDSCAPE SERVICES AT THIS LOCATION FOR SOME TIME; LAWN MOWING HAS BEEN THE MAIN SERVICE DONE ON AN AS-NEEDED BASIS; THEREFORE, IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT QUOTERS THOROUGHLY REVIEW THE STATEMENT OF WORK IN THIS SOLICITATION AND MAKE A SITE VISIT.Non-personal landscape services for National Weather Service (NWS) Weather Forecast Office (WFO) in Green Bay, WI.(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.Solicitation number 1305M326Q0397 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), for landscape services for the NWS WFO in Dodge City, KS. The Government intends to award a low priced, technically acceptable, single firm fixed-price purchase order on an all or none basis with payment terms of Net 30.This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The associated NAICS code is 561730. The small business size standard is $9.5M. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. (Services are only provided from 04/01/2027-10/31/2027)(iii) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired, including documentation supporting any brand name descriptions (see 12.102).See attached Statement of Work which applies to Base Year and all Option Years 1 –4, and Department of Labor Wage Rates: WD 2015-4893, Revision No. 30, dated 05/13/2026, which can be found on: https://sam.gov/content/wage-determinations.See the attached SF18 with the terms and conditions which all quoters must be in compliance with to be eligible for award.(iv) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and f.o.b. point (see part 47).Period of performance shall be:Base Period is Date of Award through 03/31/2027. If there is a significant delay in awarding this contract, a shorter base year Period of Performance may be utilized***** NOTE FOR 2026 BASE YEAR ONLY: PLEASE BE AWARE THAT ONLY MOWING HAS BEEN PERFORMED OVER THE LAST FEW YEARS; THEREFORE, ALL GROUNDSKEEPING AND LANDSCAPING SERVICES WILL NEED TO BE PROVIDED, REGARDLESS IF THE MONTH OR TIME FRAME FOR PERFORMING THE SERVICE HAS PASSED. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ALL SERVICES THAT WERE TO HAVE BEEN PERFORMED IN APRIL 2026 THROUGH THE DATE OF AWARD WITHIN TWO (2) WEEKS OF AWARD OR AS NEGOTIATED BY THE GOVERNMENT POINT OF CONTACT. A SITE VISIT IS RECOMMENDED TO DEVELOP AN ACCURATE QUOTE.
