This is a Request for Quote. This is NOT an order. This document is not legally binding and does not commit the US Government in anyway.
Upon completion of this quote, please email your response to both Capt Annie A. Berg at annie.berg@usmc.mil and SSgt Liu, Jacie at jacie.liu@usmc.mil. All quotes are due to the Contracting Officer no later than 9 Aug 2026 at 11:59pm [Philippines standard time]. Quotes may not be accepted past the RFQ close date & time specified unless determined to be in the best interest of the Government by the Contracting Officer.
General Requirements. Quotes shall consist of, at a minimum:
1.Completed this Solicitation document with all required information filled. All yellow highlighted ares needs to be completed by quoters. RFQ with required information and applicable representations and certifications.

• Total amount, lead time, signature and date on the first page.

• Check “[ ] does or [ ] does not” in provision 252.204-7016

2. One page quotation in PDF form.
3. Provide a 1-2 page service plan/technical capability statement, providing specifications of all BLS services outlined within the PWS throughout the period of performance.
