This opportunity is for annual maintenance, inspection, and repair services for cranes and hoists at Luke Air Force Base, Arizona, managed by the U.S. Air Force 56th Civil Engineering Squadron. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 56th Civil Engineering Squadron, Luke Air Force Base - Scope of Work: - Annual inspections, preventive maintenance, testing, and repairs for overhead, jib, under running, and top running cranes and monorail systems - Includes both scheduled (routine) and unscheduled (repair) services - Estimated 61-64 hoists to be inspected annually - Approximately 50-75 repair labor hours per year - Up to 15 repair parts and trip charges for maintenance - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; services must comply with manufacturer specifications - Products/Services Requested: - Annual hoist inspections and safety checks - Preventive maintenance and repairs for all crane and hoist types - Timely response to repair service calls (1-hour callback, 8-hour onsite response) - Compliance with OSHA, ASME, CMAA, and manufacturer standards - Environmental and safety compliance, including hazardous materials management and ESOHMS training - Notable Requirements: - Certified inspectors required - Cost estimates for repairs must be provided within 2 business days - Contract includes multiple option years (up to 5 years total) - Subject to availability of funds and may be cancelled by the government

Description

The Government is issuing a solicitation for annual crane and hoist maintenance and repairs, both scheduled and unscheduled, in accordance with the Performance Work Statement and Appendices A, B, and C. Requests for a Site Visit must be submitted via email by 11 August. All questions are due by 21 August.

Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
