This opportunity is for the inspection, maintenance, and repair of hydraulic and aperture overhead doors at Ellsworth Air Force Base, managed by the U.S. Air Force (28th Contracting Squadron, FA4690 28 CONS PKC). - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, Ellsworth Air Force Base, 28th Contracting Squadron (FA4690 28 CONS PKC) - Scope of Work: - Annual preventive maintenance inspections for 8 doors (5 hydraulic, 3 aperture) - As-needed repair services for the same doors, including all components (controllers, pumps, actuators, hydraulic cylinders, hoses, fluids) - Contractor must provide all management, personnel, tools, equipment, supplies, and labor - Services must comply with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Service Contract Labor Standards - Status and preventive maintenance inspection (PMI) reports required - Response times: routine repairs within 48 hours, completion within 5 workdays - Quantities: - 8 annual inspections (one per door) - 8 as-needed repairs (estimated workload) - Notable Requirements: - Contractor personnel must obtain installation access passes and comply with security and safety regulations - Documentation and government acceptance required for all work - BPA master dollar limit of $349,000; individual call limit of $2,500 - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or manufacturers are named; the solicitation is open to qualified small businesses - Period of Performance: - Multi-year BPA, anticipated from September 1, 2026 through August 31, 2031 (5 years) - Estimated Value: - Up to $349,000 over the BPA period

Description

This is a 100% Total Small Business Set Aside subject to the Service Contract Labor Standards.

The 28th Contracting Squadron at Ellsworth Air Force Base, Sout Dakota intends to establish a single-award commercial Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide all management, personnel, tools, equipment, supplies, and labor necessary to perform inspection, maintenance, and as-needed repairs on Hydraulic and Aperture Overhead doors in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. 

Please refer to the Addendums to FAR 52.212-1 and FAR 52.212-2 on the SF 1449 for Instructions to Offerors and the Evaluation process to be utilized.

Please see the attached SF1449, Solicitation (FA469026Q0035) for the quote submission due date listed on page 1, block 8.
