The U.S. Air Force at Ellsworth Air Force Base is seeking maintenance and operational services for Renubot Autonomous Mowing Systems during the mowing season. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, Ellsworth Air Force Base, 28th Civil Engineer Squadron (CES) - OEMs and Vendors: - Renubot (OEM for autonomous mowers and software) - Products/Services Requested: - Monitoring, maintenance, repairs, and initial setup for two Renubot Autonomous Mowing Systems - Quarterly on-site maintenance visits (4 per season) - Remote monitoring access for Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) - Monthly reporting on mower uptime and acres mowed - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Services must maintain grass height between 4 and 10 inches without damaging infrastructure - Contractor must adhere to safety and security protocols - Compatibility with Renubot Software is mandatory - Remote monitoring capability required for government oversight

Description

This is a Request for Information regarding a service to provide maintenance on Renubot Autonomous Mowers IAW Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement (PWS) Autonomous Mowing Service on behalf of 28 CES at Ellsworth AFB. Any service capabilities must be compatible with Renubot Software. This Sources Sought is for market research purposes only. The Government is not requesting nor will accept any offers at this time.
