Description

The contractor shall deliver and maintain a fully operational SIP trunking service that: 

Install and Configure during a dedicated 90-day Phase-In period to account for Local Number Portability (LNP) processing. 

Achieve Full Operational Capability (FOC), including the successful porting of all existing telephone numbers, no later than November 30, 2026. 

Meets or exceeds performance and availability thresholds. 

Provides continuous 24/7 service with defined support response times. 

Ensures zero disruption to inbound and outbound calling during the transition from the incumbent provider.
