This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.Solicitation number 1305M326Q0390 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), for Hawaii Short Line Fishery Monitoring Feasibility, Pilot Deployment. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The associated NAICS code is 541620. The small business size standard is $19m. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.
