This opportunity seeks to modernize classified SIPR Video Teleconference (VTC) systems for the United States Army Aviation Center of Excellence (AVCOE) at Fort Rucker, Alabama. - Government Buyer: - United States Army, Aviation Center of Excellence (AVCOE) - Scope of Work: - Upgrade three room and three desktop SIPR VTC systems - Install new equipment, ceiling speakers, and microphones - Integrate audio components with room systems - Program control systems and provide user training (basic usage and troubleshooting) - Remove and return existing equipment and cabling to the government - Perform any required structural or electrical modifications (subject to government approval) - Technical and Compliance Requirements: - All equipment must be IL6 (SIPR) approved and TAA compliant - Must meet government cybersecurity standards - Warranty and Service: - Provide a 5-year warranty and service plan covering all products and integrator workmanship (excluding consumables) - Warranty work to be performed during government-convenient hours - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, and supervision - All work must comply with classified environment requirements - Existing equipment and cabling must be returned to the government - No specific OEMs, vendors, product models, or part numbers are named in the documentation

Description

This is a hybrid non-personal services and supply contract to provide the United States Army Aviation Center of Excellence (AVCOE) with Secure Video- Teleconferencing (SVTC) Lifecycle replacement and Technical Services in Building 101 at Fort Rucker, Alabama. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the technology refresh as defined in the Statement of Objectives (SOO), except for those items specified as Government- furnished property (GFP) and services.
