This solicitation is for the summer and winter maintenance of the Obedjiwan road, located in the municipality of La Tuque and the unorganized territory of Lac-Ashuapmushuan, outside the MRC and MRC Le Domaine-du-Roy, electoral districts of Laviolette-Saint-Maurice and Roberval. The physical and weighted length of the road is 160.63 km. Only bids from bidders with an establishment in Quebec or in territories covered by applicable agreements will be considered. The contract and all related subcontracts are subject to an order concerning a pilot project granting a preferential margin to Indigenous businesses or those employing Indigenous people.
