Description

The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA 23511-3392, intends to award a sole source, Firm Fixed Price, contract to Tidewater Lock & Key, Inc. for the procurement of lock core replacement services in support of the Navy Office of Judge Advocate General (OJAG). The Government will solicit and award using the policies and procedures of FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items.

The delivery date will be on or around 30 December 2026.

The OJAG requires a contractor to plan, procure, and install all required mechanical cores, and Small Format Interchangeable Core (SFIC) Housing components.

The solicitation, any documents related to this procurement, and all amendments issued will be in electronic form. The expected availability date is 04 August 2026. Once available, the solicitation will be posted to the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://sam.gov/. All responsible sources may submit a quote that will be considered by the Government. By submitting a quote, the quoter acknowledges the requirement and that a prospective awardee must be registered in the SAM database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from the solicitation, except for awards to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a quoter ineligible for award.
