This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in RFO FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number 1232SA26Q1064 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a Microscopy System.
The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO). This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. This acquisition is an unrestricted requirement. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code (NAICS) is 333310 - Commercial and Service Industry Machinery Manufacturing. The small business size standard is 1,000 employees. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
The Agriculture Priorities and Allocations System (APAS) and assigned rating are not applicable to this solicitation.

There are no additional requirement(s) or terms and conditions (such as financing arrangements or warranty requirements) determined to be necessary for this acquisition and consistent with customary commercial practices.
Quotes are due by the date/time/time zone listed in the “Date Offers Due” field.
Submit all quotes to the Primary Point of Contact and Secondary Point of Contact (if applicable) by the “Date Offers Due”.
Quotes received after the established “Date Offers Due” deadline will be considered late. Late quotes may only be considered if it is in the Government’s best interest and if it will not unduly delay award.
Questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing to the Primary Point of Contact and Secondary Point of Contact (if applicable) no later than 11:59 PM CT on August 9, 2026 (08/09/2026). Answers will be posted before end of business on August 10, 2026 (08/10/2026).
