This opportunity is for comprehensive demolition and site restoration services at two Air Force Mini-Mute sites (Olanta and Kingstree) in South Carolina. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 20th Civil Engineer Squadron (20 CES CERF), Shaw Air Force Base, South Carolina - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or product manufacturers are named; the requirement is for services, not branded products - Products/Services Requested: - Demolition and removal of: - 4 lightning towers (2 per site) - 4 concrete tower footings (2 per site) - 2 housekeeping concrete slabs (1 per site) - 1,200 linear feet of chain-link fence (600 per site) - 5,300 linear feet of t-post and 3-strand barbed wire fence (3,200 at Olanta, 2,100 at Kingstree) - 570 cubic yards of 6-inch aggregate base (Olanta only) - 700 linear feet of underground electric service (350 per site) - 2 lots of electrical service racks and poles (1 per site) - 46 ground rods (23 per site) - 2,000 linear feet of #2/0 ground ring (1,000 per site) - Site restoration including: - Placement and grading of 770 cubic yards of topsoil (570 at Olanta, 200 at Kingstree) - Hydroseeding of 4,700 square yards (3,500 at Olanta, 1,200 at Kingstree) - Mobilization of personnel and equipment - Legal off-site debris disposal - Adherence to all safety protocols and environmental regulations - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Strict compliance with local, state, and federal environmental and safety standards - Daily reporting and documentation - All work must be completed within 60 calendar days from Notice to Proceed - Small business set-aside under NAICS 238910 (Site Preparation Contractors) - No specific products, part numbers, or OEMs are required; focus is on service delivery and regulatory compliance

Description

Perform a comprehensive demolition, removal, and site restoration services at the two (2) specified locations: the Olanta Site and the Kingstree Site. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, materials, and equipment to perform the tasks outlined below. All work shall be executed in a safe and professional manner, with debris disposed of in accordance with all local, state, and federal regulations and in accordance with the Statement of Work.
