Description
The U.S. Army Contracting Command-New Jersey (ACC-NJ) on behalf of the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command- Armament Center (DEVCOM-AC) intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for S/M Mettler Toledo Automated Reactor Equipment. This RFQ is being issued as a sole source requirement to Mettler-Toledo Autochem, Inc. as they are the sole provider. The redacted version of the sole source justification is attached to this notice. The resultant purchase order shall be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price, commercial order, with a period of performance of a 12-month base period, including two (2) 12-month option periods. The SYNOPSIS DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A RFQ. Further, the synopsis does not guarantee for release of a future RFQ and should not be construed as a commitment of any kind by the U.S. Government. Responses to this synopsis are not considered proposals and/or quotes and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.
