This opportunity involves a comprehensive office renovation for the U.S. Embassy Branch Office in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil, managed by the U.S. Embassy Brasilia (SBU - Contracting and Acquisitions). - Scope covers full engineering services, materials, labor, tools, and equipment for: - Disassembly, removal, and secure storage of existing workstations and equipment - Demolition and removal of existing partitions and debris - Upgrades and modifications to electrical, IT, telephony, and TV infrastructure, including Category 6 cabling and Dutotec raceway system - Construction of new glass partitions and custom built shelving - Installation of new air-conditioning units with dedicated circuits - Supply and installation of new light fixtures, drywall ceiling repair, and general painting - Supply and installation of new carpet and new furniture items for various rooms - Review, repair, or replacement of existing horizontal blinds - Complete replacement of switches and power outlets with Pial Plus standard, and updating of distribution panel documentation - Reassembly and adaptation of furniture and equipment to the new layout - All work must comply with Brazilian codes and manufacturer specifications - Contractor must provide a full-time on-site senior manager for project management and quality control, and develop a safety management plan registered with CREA - A one-year warranty is required on all new work - No specific OEMs, brands, or part numbers are mandated; however, Pial Plus is specified for switches and outlets - Contractor must coordinate with building administration and ensure no disruption to security systems

Description

Contractor to supply engineering services, materials, labor, tools, and equipment necessary for the successful renovation of the USG office located at Av. do Contorno, 4520, 2nd floor, Belo Horizonte, MG, Brazil, CEP 30110-028. This renovation will consist of: i) emptying the workspace, including disassembly, removal, and temporary storage of workstations and equipment; ii) demolition of existing partitions per the attached design; iii) adequation of existing electrical, IT, telephony, and TV infrastructure; iv) construction of new partitions (glass, per two design options); v) alterations and revisions to the existing Dutotec structured raceway system; vi) supply and execution of complementary electrical, IT, and telephony installations; vii) review and replacement of existing outlets, switches, and finish plates; viii) installation of new air-conditioning units and review of existing units; ix) installation of new light fixtures and drywall ceiling repair; x) general painting; xi) supply and installation of new carpet; xii) review and repair of existing blinds; xiii) reassembly of furniture and equipment; and xiv) supply of new furniture items.
