SEABOSS Contract for INLS Maintenance, Alterations, and Logistics Support

The U.S. Marine Corps Logistics Command (MCLC) at Blount Island Command is seeking contractors for the SEABOSS contract to support Navy assets, including the Improved Navy Lighterage System (INLS). - Government Buyer: - U.S. Marine Corps Logistics Command (MCLC), Blount Island Command (MCSF-BI), Jacksonville, FL - Scope of Services: - Intermediate and Depot Level maintenance, system alterations, and logistics support for INLS and associated equipment - Services include welding, fabrication, propulsion, electrical, communication, HVAC, logistics, and preventive maintenance - Emphasis on quality control, safety, environmental compliance, and security - Services are ordered via task/job orders; no specific part numbers or product quantities are listed - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) or vendors are named in the solicitation - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Work performed under DFARS 252.217-7028 Over and Above Work, requiring Contracting Officer approval - Multiple invoices authorized per task/job order - Performance managed in yearly lots within the contract period - Contractors must provide all personnel, tools, transportation, and equipment necessary for the required services

Description

Provide all labor, materials and equipment for intermediate, depot level repair to include system alterations IAW the PWS and terms and conditons of the contract. All offerors must sign and return the attached SF 1449 RFP with all fill-in provisions and clauses along with the Proposal. Please refer to Attachment 1 Section L for instructions regarding proposla package requirements and submission.
