U.S. Department of Justice Federal Bureau of Prisons Federal Prison Camp (FPC) Alderson, WV 24910 Date: August 4, 2026 (i) Overview This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12 with the Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Prison Camp (FPC) Alderson, West Virginia, issued Solicitation Number RFQ 15B10127Q00000001. This solicitation has no Set-Aside and must be able to deliver in the United States of America. It covers requirements for the entire quarter; however, deliveries will be made weekly with quantities determined by Food Service staff each week for FY27 1st Quarter. The delivery requirements are for Fresh/Weekly Bread Delivery and will include FAR 52.232-18 and 52.232-19 regarding Funds Availability. Please read it in its entirety. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The NAICS code for this requirement is 311811. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference, which can be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. (ii) Line-Item Details See attached requirements worksheets for a full description of items, quantities, and units of measure for all subsistence requirements. All items must remain in the specified quantity and to the 2nd decimal in unit pricing. (iv) Delivery and Acceptance Delivery will be 30 days after receipt of order (ARO). Deliveries will be made through the Institution’s Front Gate at the Federal Prison Camp (FPC) Alderson, Glen Ray Road, Alderson, WV 24910, starting October 1, 2026, and continuing weekly until December 31, 2026. Delivery will be Freight on Board (FOB). Awards will be made to the responsible quote that conforms to the requirements and provides the best value, considering the evaluation factors below: Price - The proposed price will be evaluated for fairness and reasonableness. Past Performance - Go/No-Go Evaluation, based on delivery timeliness and order accuracy. Additional provisions include FAR clauses such as FAR 52.204-7, FAR 52.203-11, FAR 52.203-18, and others listed, which can be accessed at www.acquisition.gov/FAR. (vii) Submission Details The solicitation must be returned no later than 8:00 am EST on August 21, 2026.
