Purpose of the Notice The White River Junction VA Medical Center (WRJ VAMC) is conducting market research to identify qualified and capable sources (large or small; including SDVOSB/VOSB) that can provide ICU Medical Medfusion 4000 Syringe Infusion Pumps, associated software, accessories, installation, and training services. The requirement supports multiple clinical environments requiring precise small volume drug delivery.
Description of the Requirement The Government requires: Medfusion 4000 syringe infusion pumps Delivery accuracy ±2%, flow rates 0.01 mL/hr to 1130 mL/hr Automatic syringe detection (1 mL 60 mL) Smart pump safety features including customizable drug libraries and FlowSentry pressure monitoring technology PharmGuard software for drug library customization specific to WRJ VAMC clinical needs Equipment specifications New equipment only (no refurbished units) Vendor-supported OS Delivery, setup, software configuration, calibration, and user/account management Training User manuals, service manuals On station clinical and technical training Cleaning and maintenance guidelines Training for all clinical staff: providers, technicians, biomedical engineers, and other designated users Installation Services Complete deployment, configuration, technical checks, trash removal Coordination with Biomed staff and WRJ VAMC project POC One-year manufacturer warranty Vendor to provide all tools/materials required for full installation
