NYCT intends to purchase Siemens Maintenance & Technical Support services without competitive bidding from the only known source, Siemens Mobility, Inc. The contractor will provide ongoing maintenance support services and additional as-needed services, including task order work requested by MTA/NYCT during the contract term. Vendors wishing to be considered must notify the designated NYCT contact within 5 business days of the notice. This procurement is a sole source contract.
