The solicitation aims to qualify contractors to provide tank wagon delivery of various liquid fuels including heating oil, unleaded gasoline, diesel fuel, kerosene, and biofuels to agency locations throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Local Public Procurement Units may also use this contract under the COSTARS Provision.
