Service New Brunswick, on behalf of the New Brunswick Department of Transportation and Infrastructure (NBDTI), is seeking professional services for a major transportation data modernization project. - Government Buyer: - Service New Brunswick, for the New Brunswick Department of Transportation and Infrastructure (NBDTI) - OEMs and Vendors: - Esri Inc. (OEM of ArcGIS software suite) - Esri Canada Limited (pre-identified supplier) - Products/Services Requested: - Design and implementation of a linear referenced model of the provincial road network and infrastructure assets - Utilization of Esri's ArcGIS Roads & Highways solution within the ArcGIS Enterprise GIS environment - Phased project delivery, including: - Linear Referencing System (LRS) design and implementation - Configuration of ArcGIS Roads & Highways - Data migration from legacy TRAMS system - Training and knowledge transfer for NBDTI staff - Ongoing support services - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Supplier must have proven experience with Canadian linear transportation infrastructure projects - Demonstrated expertise with Esri ArcGIS solutions, including successful delivery for Canadian transportation customers - Other suppliers may submit a Statement of Capabilities if they meet all minimum requirements - Estimated contract value is $1,500,000 - Initial contract term is two years, with an option to extend for up to one additional year

Service New Brunswick intends to award a contract to a pre-identified supplier for professional services to design and implement a linear referenced model of New Brunswick's provincial road network and infrastructure assets using Esri's ArcGIS Roads & Highways solution within the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure's ArcGIS Enterprise GIS environment. The project includes phased delivery, LRS design and implementation, configuration, training, and knowledge transfer. The supplier must have experience with Canadian linear transportation infrastructure and Esri ArcGIS solutions. Other suppliers may submit a Statement of Capabilities by the closing date to demonstrate their qualifications.
