Syracuse City Public Works is seeking qualified architectural and engineering firms to design a new Public Works Operations Center and remodel the existing Main Office building. - Government Buyer: - Syracuse City Public Works (Davis County, Utah) - Scope of Work: - Comprehensive design services for a new ~6,000 sq. ft. Operations Center - Includes training room, crew offices, and five maintenance truck bays - Remodel of ~8,400 sq. ft. Main Office building - Includes lobby expansion, safety and fitness room upgrades - Site and utility planning (grading, storm drainage, water, sewer, landscaping) - Parking lot expansion and infrastructure upgrades (power generator, IT systems) - Preparation of concept, schematic, and preliminary building plans - Development of probable cost opinions - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Designs must meet energy efficiency and sustainable building standards - Security features required for facilities - Respondents must be licensed in Utah and provide proof of insurance - Demonstrated experience with similar municipal projects and references from recent government work - No specific OEMs or product vendors are named in the solicitation
