Service Oklahoma is seeking suppliers for a statewide contract to provide physical branding products and services. - Government Buyer: - Service Oklahoma, through the Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) Central Purchasing division - Products and Services Requested: - Exterior signage: freestanding signs, building-mounted signs, banners, flat cut metal lettering, parking lot signs, post and panel signs - Interior signage: banners, vinyl lettering, ADA signage with Braille, anti-slip floor decals, eye charts, directional and restroom signs, plaques - Logoed floor mats with Service Oklahoma branding - Photography, illustrations, commissioned artwork, or graphics (including framed, mounted, or acrylic artwork) - Installation and removal of all signage statewide (third-party installers must be pre-approved) - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Suppliers must adhere to Service Oklahoma's brand guidelines - Product durability and warranty information must be provided - Demonstrated experience with similar projects is required - Delivery and installation are required for all products - The contract is available for use by agencies statewide - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; the opportunity is open to all qualified suppliers able to meet the specifications.

Description

The Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) Central Purchasing division is seeking responses on behalf of the Service Oklahoma from potential suppliers to provide a contract for physical brand standard products and services. The contract may be designated for use as a statewide contract. The scope includes exterior signage design, interior signage, logoed floor mats, and photography, illustrations, commissioned artwork, or graphics. The contract term is one year with nine one-year renewal options, and the event allows multiple bids with sealed submissions.
