Description

This contract involves demolition, salvage, excavation, and earthwork; construction of concrete curbs, slabs, walkways, asphalt paving, and sewer, water, and lighting utilities; installation of a pre-engineered restroom, play equipment, synthetic turf, engineered wood fiber safety surfacing, picnic tables, trash receptacles, basketball equipment, signage; irrigation modification and landscape planting restoration. All work must comply with the attached contract plans, provisions, and standard specifications. The contract work must be physically complete by December 18, 2026.
