Tarrant County Community Supervision and Corrections Department (CSCD) is seeking qualified vendors to provide turnkey drug testing collection and laboratory services for justice-related clients. The contract includes forensic urine and hair specimen collection, secure chain of custody procedures, accredited laboratory analysis, and timely reporting to support case management and decision making. The awarded vendor must provide primary laboratory testing services and have an established integration with CSCD's case management system. The contract term is twelve months with an option to renew for three additional twelve-month periods.
