Russell National Wildlife Refuge/Fort Peck Field Station - Products and Materials Requested: - Commercial-grade 24-gauge standing seam steel roof system (ASTM A 653 and ASTM E 1514 compliant) - Insulation batts (minimum R-Value 20) and vapor barrier - 18-inch wide drip edge - Flashing for all roof penetrations - Flexible, non-shrink outdoor sealants (temperature range -30°F to 200°F) - Seamless galvanized steel gutters and downspouts (color and material to match roof, per SMACNA standards) - Self-tapping stainless steel screws - Services Requested: - Removal of existing shingles - Installation of new metal roof system with all appurtenances (insulation, drip edge, flashing, gutters, downspouts) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All materials must meet ASTM standards - Contractor must coordinate with the Refuge Manager for approval of materials and colors - Environmental, safety, and licensing compliance required - Warranties must be provided for materials and workmanship - 60-calendar-day construction completion from Notice to Proceed (excluding weekends and federal holidays unless approved)
