Description

The Claremont Colleges Services (TCCS) is soliciting proposals from qualified construction firms to provide on-call construction services for various capital improvement projects funded by general obligation bonds. These projects may include roof and chiller replacements, HVAC upgrades, ADA improvements, tenant improvements, and sustainability projects. TCCS intends to establish a pool of 5 to 10 qualified firms to solicit project-specific proposals as funding becomes available.
