The Department of Administration, Division of Personnel, on behalf of the Alaska State Personnel Board, is soliciting proposals from attorneys interested in acting in place of the Attorney General to investigate ethics complaints filed against the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, and/or the Attorney General under the Executive Branch Ethics Act, AS 39.52. The contract involves providing legal counsel services related to these ethics complaints. Proposals are due by August 24, 2026, and the work location is statewide in Alaska.
