Description
This project involves renovations to chemical storage Rooms 310 and 311 in Building D at Long Beach City College. The scope includes replacement of the fume hood, duct, exhaust fan, lighting, power for appliances, sink, plumbing, interior painting, and flooring epoxy. The work will be completed in two phases: Phase 0 for procurement of materials over 50 days, and Phase I for on-site completion over 40 days.
