L’Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières seeks to qualify providers of architectural services to create a list of qualified providers for awarding architectural service mandates not exceeding the public tender threshold. The request also includes feasibility studies or other studies related to the construction or demolition of buildings, without value limitation. The qualification list will be valid for five years starting from August 10, 2025, or the publication date if later.
