Description

This Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the Office of Purchasing & Contracting of the State of Vermont seeks to establish contracts with one or more companies to provide composting toilet systems, components, and related services. The contract includes options for installation by State personnel or vendor installation, operation and maintenance services, training, and emergency on-call services. The contract period is five years with annual price adjustments after the initial two years, starting October 5, 2026.
