Description

The Eau Claire Area School District is requesting proposals for services to conduct a comprehensive Facility Condition Assessment (FCA) of twenty (20) school buildings and two (2) administrative office buildings in the district. The FCA will provide a detailed evaluation of the physical condition of buildings and systems to support long-term planning and prioritization of capital improvements. The vendor will collaborate with District Teams to complete this work. The goal is for the District to confidently use the data to incorporate a recent population study plan considering future enrollment projections and operating adjustments to support students and the community.
