Description
This is a Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract using FAR Part 12 and Part 13 procedures. Supply needed: Security Battalion requires a purchase of a NOVO X-Ray System. See Document "D6 - JnA Redacted" for detail. The Government intends to award on a Sole Source basis to: Novo Dr, Inc, 498 E Reid RD, Grand Blanc, Michigan, 48439-222. The circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. The reason for this Sole Source Award Intent is that NOVO DR INC is determined the only manufacturer of the requisite systems already integrated with the broader Explosive Ordnance Disposal operational infrastructure. Interested vendors: Vendors interested in obtaining the same capability may respond via email to receive Marine Corps System Command's point of contact. In your response, please indicate whether you can provide the required specified x-ray system. Responses by no later than 5 August 2026, 4:00 PM.
