Description

The Contractor must provide all supervision, labor, equipment, parts, and tools necessary to repair above-ground storage tank deficiencies at USCG Base Elizabeth City, NC. See attached Scope of Work. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses using NAICS code of 237120 and size standard of $45,000,000. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation. See 52.212-2 for evaluation criteria. All quotes must be submitted by NOON Eastern Time on August 28, 2026, via email to Frank.M.Powers@uscg.mil. Ensure blocks 14 (Include UEI) through 20c of the SF 1442 and pricing are completed before emailing. Questions about this solicitation must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Specialist at the email address listed above, no later than NOON August 20. An amendment may be posted to clear up any ambiguities and answer all questions at one time. No oral questions will be accepted. All potential quoters are strongly encouraged to visit the site to field verify any/all quantities before submitting quotes. A site visit will be held on August 18 at 0900 at Base Elizabeth City. All visitors must complete a visitor access request form in accordance with Base security policy and present a valid Real ID or Passport as a method of identification.
