Description
The City of Martinsburg is soliciting sealed proposals for the purchase of 2 ambulances for the Martinsburg Fire Department. Bids will be received at City Hall, 232 N. Queen Street, Martinsburg, West Virginia, and will be publicly opened and read on September 3, 2026, at 10:00 AM local time. Specifications and bidding documents are available at the City Manager's Office during regular business hours. Bidders must submit proposals on the provided forms, accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit, Affirmative Action Plan Statement, and a bid bond or equivalent security of at least 10% of the total bid. The City reserves the right to award to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder or reject any or all bids within 60 days following the bid opening.
